Season’s greetings from a little village on an island in the middle of the North Atlantic, before everyone’s busy with the important things. Singing, being with family and friends, spending time together; sharing; Christmas cookies, Christmas customs and Christmas spirit. The picture of the marina reflects the coziness of the holiday season in the Faroese capital Tórshavn. In Elduvík, our village Christmas tree has been set up close to the bay again, as always. And we already had some visitors from the North Pole, I guess. Santa and some guys dressing like Santa, tuning up instruments and singing the Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer-song. Tick-tock: The clock’s ticking towards the end of another year. Hope you had a good one. Wherever you are: Gleðilig jól! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
